As if we needed another reason to look forward to summer in Chicago, Entertainment Cruises Chicago made an exciting announcement for July 2018. Odyssey Chicago, operators of the upscale dining yacht cruising from Navy Pier, is introducing a new vessel to begin cruising the Chicago River. Odyssey will be the sole cruise operator offering its unique, full-service dining and entertainment experience on the Chicago River. The new glass-enclosed ship is currently under construction and will feature picturesque 360-degree views of Chicago’s famous architecture during brunch, lunch, dinner and fireworks cruises.

The river cruise will resemble the Odyssey cruises at Navy Pier with the same level of service, upscale dining, entertainment, and atmosphere. Guests will enjoy a seasonal menu with delicious plated meals, modern design, a professional DJ and more, remaining the perfect setting for celebrating special occasions with friends and family, connecting with colleagues, or simply a memorable evening out.

The custom-designed 140-foot, 200-person capacity vessel is a single-level ship with climate-controlled interior spaces that allow comfortable year-round cruising, as well as exterior observation space. Boarding will be located conveniently on the north side of the Chicago River, adjacent to NBC Tower, just steps from the Magnificent Mile.
