OUT OF AFRICA

At Zapwater, I am lucky to work with a variety of clients, including a few in our travel sector. While I haven’t personally been on a safari, I’ve been able to learn the ins and outs of the safari business through my work with Andy Biggs and James Weis from Eyes on Africa. It’s so much fun to hear their stories about “life out in the bush,” from tales about coming face-to-face with a silverback gorilla to sipping champagne during a leopard spotting, it’s safe to say there are few dull moments while on an African safari. Both Andy and James are photographers and share their incredible images of African terrain and wildlife with the world. They collectively spend months out of the year in Africa and are truly experts on the continent. It is refreshing and inspiring to work with such passionate, talented individuals, and I am constantly learning more and more about the beauty and wonders of Africa.

Going on an African safari is on the top of my bucket list, and James has written an excellent blog for the Huffington Post that answers frequently asked questions travelers have about safaris and travel to Africa.

For now, I can only dream about my travels to Africa! I’ll leave you with a few of my favorite photos by James and Andy…
