Twilight Traffic Control Retains Zapwater

This fall, Zapwater will work with the talented team behind Twilight Traffic Control, LLC; the entertainment development company behind popular Chicago nightlife spots, Stone Lotus and Bull & Bear.

Founded by David Rekhson, Luke Stoioff and Brandon Zisman, Twilight Traffic Control is dedicated to offering quality nightlife experiences. The continued success of their nightlife establishments has prompted the company to open a third spot, Public House. The new location will be located in River North and feature a wide assortment of beers along with self-serving taps built right into the walls.

Zapwater has been tapped to prepare the unveiling of Public House, oversee ongoing local and national media relations for Twilight Traffic Control and Bull & Bear, and help increase their social media presence and brainstorm promotions for all of their establishments.
